Welcome to Your Wild Nature

I am Carina, founder of Your Wild Nature (formerly Nature Of Yoga), a platform dedicated to restoring wildness, nourishing creativity and maintaining a healthy nervous system. I teach Seasonally inspired dynamic and restorative Yoga rooted in my own 25 year practice, as well as Meditation, Nature Retreats, Women's Circles and Cacao Ceremonies aligning with the Celtic Wheel of the Year, Wild Swimming adventures, Forest Bathing and nature based practices to cultivate creativity, resilience, happiness and health.

​I will guide you in rewilding your body, mind and creativity through Yoga, seasonal living and immersive nature experiences. By understanding the profound connection between our health and natural environments, we create spaces where the senses awaken, intuition deepens and community thrives.

My approach is grounded in modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom (such as the teachings of Yoga). Through observing how our bodies and minds function best when free to move, rest and play and when immersed in wild spaces, we understand how our nervous system naturally finds balance aligned with nature's rhythms. Every practice, from mindful movement to community gathering, is designed to support you back to a natural state of resilience and flow.
